POLICY
- We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard, Cash, Traveler's checks, Bank transfers, certified checks or money orders in US or Canadian funds.
- Short Term Stay, (Less than one month):
1.) A deposit of $500.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
3.) Payments are payable by cash, Traveler's checks, e-Bank transfers, Paypal, Visa or Master Card.
- Extended Term Stay: (More than one month):
1.) A deposit of $1500.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) Balance of the first month rental is due upon check-in.
3.) One half month security deposit is payable upon check-in, and will be refunded upon satisfactory check-out inspection.
- Registered guests must be show proof of picture ID.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit is refundable with a 30 day cancellation notice. $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 7 days cancellation notice is subject to the original booking reservation charge $100.
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM due to housekeeping requirements and no later than 9:00 PM.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- No pets are allowed
- No smoking allowed
